We hope you enjoy all the blessings of St. Patrick's Day…

Be blessed with a bit of Blarney. If you can't travel to Blarney Castle to kiss the Blarney stone, find any fairly clean rock and give it a smooch, then gab till your heart's content. You'll soon have only one listener, yourself, then you can have a little rest from the Blarney of others!
Be blessed with the wearing of the green. No one will have the right to pinch you, and you may discover a whole new wardrobe idea.
Be blessed with an Irish sense of humor rather than an Irish temper. Laugh at yourself and with everyone else. You'll be more fun to be with, even for yourself, and you'll soon infect others who can laugh with you and maybe even put up with your Blarney!
Be blessed with a bit of learning about St. Patrick and Ireland. We'll even help out, see the info below…

Saint Patrick's Day, March 17, is celebrated as the anniversary of his death in 461 A.D. He is Ireland's patron saint.

The Irish celebrate by wearing leaves of shamrock (Ireland's national flower) and green clothing. They hold festive parades as well.

Kissing the Blarney stone is a long-time fun tradition.

Flag adopted in 1848

Ireland's population is just over 3.5 million and it is 70,280 square km in area. The president is Mary McAleese—yes, a woman president! 93% of the population is Roman Catholic.

Take a fun St. Patrick's Day test.
